Terms End-User License Refund Policy Privacy Policy

When you purchase or use a product/service from CustomizedMedia.net, you agree to all terms and policies of CustomizedMedia, LLC. If and when you submit any content to CustomizedMedia, you should own or be authorized to use that content. CustomizedMedia, LLC and its producers assume no responsibility for the accuracy of any information provided with a submission, or liability for issues arising from the use of that information and from the use of the submitted content. All submitted content is the property of the submitter or the property of its respective owner/s.

By making a purchase or using any part of the CustomizedMedia.net Web site, you agree that you have read, understand and accept the terms and policies of CustomizedMedia, LLC, and to be bound by them. If we receive notice that you have allegedly used content that you do not own or are not authorized to use, CustomizedMedia, LLC can take various actions including:

- Disclosure of your sales and contact information to the owner of the content.
- Removal of your account without compensation.
- Hold you legally and financially responsible for any damages you cause to CustomizedMedia, LLC.

End-User License

Original Music: When you order original music from CustomizedMedia, LLC you ("Licensee") obtain a Non-Exclusive License for commercial and personal use.

CustomizedMedia, LLC retains copyright to the original music created by the CustomizedMedia's composers, and retains copyright to the sound recording. Licensee shall not sell or re-sell the musical content to a third party without the express written permission of CustomizedMedia, LLC. Licensee shall use the music only for its own commercial or personal need. Licensee shall give the appropriate credit to the author of the music when using the music in commercially available products, broadcast on television and radio networks (including national networks, cable, and local networks) or transmitted digitally over the Internet or via satellite.

Licensee shall promptly provide CustomizedMedia, LLC with complete and accurate notification for any music created by the CustomizedMedia's composers that is broadcast on television or radio, or distributed theatrically. Such notification shall correctly identify the title of the Musical Cue, name of project the Cue is used in, length, type of media, and company name.

Digital Downloads - Personal Use: When you purchase and download a product such as an audio track, written music, audio story or artwork image from CustomizedMedia.net, you ("Licensee") obtain a non-exclusive license for personal use only. Licensee cannot sell, re-sell or re-license the Downloadable Product. The Downloadable Product may not be used for profit, transferred, copied, or duplicated, either in whole or in part, with the exception that Licensee may make one copy for back-up or archive purposes. Licensee shall not have the right to alter the Downloadable Product without the express written permission of the copyright owner.

Digital Downloads - Commercial Use: If you wish to obtain a license for commercial use for any of the digital products sold on CustomizedMedia.net, please make a request and tell us about your project and need. Thank you. contact@customizedmedia.net

Audio Ads and Podcast Production: When you purchase Audio Ads and Podcast Production Services from CustomizedMedia, LLC, there are two options for obtaining a license for the use of the Produced Content: Non-Exclusive License, and Exclusive License.

Non-Exclusive License: The Non-Exclusive License gives you ("Licensee") the right for commercial and personal use of the Produced Content. CustomizedMedia, LLC retains copyright to the sound recording of the Produced Content. CustomizedMedia, LLC retains copyright to the original music created by the CustomizedMedia's composers, implemented with the Produced Content, and is entitled to receiving royalties for using/broadcasting the Produced Content, where relevant.

You ("Licensee") shall not sell or re-sell the Produced Content to a third party without the express written permission of CustomizedMedia, LLC. Licensee shall use the Produced Content only for its own commercial or personal need. Licensee shall give the appropriate credit ("Production by CustomizedMedia, LLC") to CustomizedMedia, LLC when using the Produced Content in commercially available products, broadcast on television and radio networks (including national networks, cable, and local networks) or transmitted digitally over the Internet or via satellite.

Any submitted pre-production content, such as text or other material, is the property of its respective owner/s. CustomizedMedia, LLC assumes no responsibility for the accuracy of the information provided with a submission or liability for issues arising from the use of that information and from the use of the submitted content. CustomizedMedia, LLC reserves the right to refuse production of projects associated with pornography, illegal issues, vulgarism, and/or political extremes.

Exclusive License: For a flat fee you ("Licensee") obtain an Exclusive License for the Produced Content by CustomizedMedia, LLC. This is under the category of "Work for Hire" and "Buyout". You ("Licensee") become the owner of the Produced Content, and CustomizedMedia, LLC is not entitled to any further payments or royalties. CustomizedMedia, LLC retains the right to receive Credit for the work.

Refund Policy

Our goal is to serve each of our customers in a professional manner, provide high quality products and services, and assure customer satisfaction. We offer a Web-based solution for audio production, original music, and digital downloads; accordingly, we offer intangible goods for download from CustomizedMedia.net. Thus, generally, refunds will not be issued once an order is processed and completed, nor can a digital item be returned.

However, we do realize that errors are possible from time to time, and therefore we will consider refund requests on a case-by-case basis in accordance with the following guidelines:

Corrupted or Malfunctioning files: If we determine that a file is corrupted or malfunctioning, CustomizedMedia, LLC will first try to replace the malfunctioning file, and if we are unable to effectively do so, will refund the price for that download to the purchaser. We will not replace files that become damaged after 24 hours after download. Please, after downloading, immediately make sure your file opens and works properly.

Download Problems: If we receive notice by email from a customer experiencing download problems, within twelve hours after a purchase or a download attempt, we will explore alternative delivery methods until the customer is satisfied. Under no circumstances will a refund be issued to a customer experiencing download problems.
